Clients agree to pay all fees associated with their selected plan. Payments must be made upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.3. Results & Guarantees
While we use proven strategies, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as a set number of leads or conversions. Marketing performance can vary based on market, offer, creative, and budget.4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate business information and necessary access to advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Business Manager). Delays caused by missing information or access may affect results.5. Intellectual Property
All creative assets developed during the campaign remain the property of Robert Logan Marketing unless otherwise stated in writing. Clients retain rights to their own logos, trademarks, and original materials.6. Confidentiality
We will never share, sell, or misuse your private business information. All data shared with us remains confidential and used solely for campaign execution and optimization.7. Cancellations & Refunds
Campaigns may be canceled with written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. Refunds are not issued for services already rendered, including trial packages.8. Limitation of Liability
Robert Logan Marketing is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including ad platform changes or outages.9. Modifications
